To activate a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for Home Banking or Telephone Teller, you must first have a Tech CU account. The PIN you activate for each of these services will be unique to that service.

New User Home Banking PIN Activation
If you currently have a Telephone Teller PIN number you will use that PIN to log into Home Banking. If you do not have a Telephone Teller PIN you will use your Tech CU account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number as your PIN the first time you log into home banking. The system will prompt you to choose a new PIN. We recommend that your PIN be alphanumeric and at least 6 characters long (maximum 8 characters). You may use the Change Password feature in the User Options menu within the Home Banking service to change your PIN anytime you wish.

New User Telephone Teller PIN Activation
You may activate a PIN for Telephone Teller by calling a Telephone Teller access number below and using your Tech CU account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number as your PIN the first time you call. You will be prompted to select a new PIN of your choice. You may use the Change PIN feature in the Member Service menu of Telephone Teller to change your PIN anytime you wish.
